As a modern, future-proof System, flashMapped complies with the standards and conformities of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Future developments have therefore, been borne in mind.

Validating with HTML Tidy

XHTML is the abbreviation of 'Extensible HyperText Markup Language' and is a WWW-Standard of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

The accompanying PHP-/HTML-Framwork is PHP4, as well as PHP5, compatible, and generates a continuous XHTML-strict output in accordance with the W3C-Standard XHTML-strict 1.0 and XHTML-strict 1.1. In this way visual differences between differing web browsers will be kept to an absolute minimum. Furthermore, a maximum future-proofing for the next generation of Web-browsers and PHP-versions is guaranteed.

A future adaption to the forthcoming XHTML 2.0 will take place after the W3C will have finally agreed upon this standard.
